Come and join ON THE RUN for free Workouts!

Track practice will resume on February 5th.  We will meet at the Cinder track at Falcon Pass Elementary School.  Be warmed up and ready to start by 6:30PM.  For pace go to http://www.mcmillanrunning.com/mcmillanrunningcalculator.htm and put in your most recent race time at a selected distance and click on calculate.

Workouts are:  

5/6/08- 50X1000 meter repeats with 3 minute recovery.

5/13/08- 3X800,
3X400,
3X200 with 400 recovery after the 800's, 200 recovery after the 400's and :40 rest after the 200's.

5/20/08-  1600, 1200, 800, 400, 200 with 400 recovery jog after each.

5/27/08- (Hills) 4X1 mile repeats on the greenbelt.
 

3, 5, and 7 mile runs leave from the store on Monday nights at 6:30 p.m.
