Track practice will resume on March 10th. We will meet at the Clear Lake
High School. Be warmed up and ready to start by 6:30PM. For
pace go to

most recent race time at a selected distance and click on calculate.

workouts
June 2nd-2 sets
of 4X400 with 1:15 rest b/t the reps. and 4 minutes b/t the sets.
June 9th-12X300 with 100 meter walk recovery.
June 16th-2 sets of 800/600/400 with 400 meter jog recovery b/t each
June 23rd-mile cutdown. 1600/1200/800/400 with a 400 jog b/t each.
June 30th-Hills Start (Meet at Clear Lake High School Track at 6:00PM and we
will jog over to the
Greenbelt as a warm up)
Instructions on pace and recoveries will be given before we start.
We will also be meeting at C.L.H.S. on Thursday evenings at 6:30PM for a
Tempo run.
